The price promise
When the day
goes wrong,
the price shouldn’t.
When a flight is diverted, burns extra fuel, or leaves passengers needing a hotel, the airline absorbs the disruption. It doesn’t reopen the ticket and charge more because the day went sideways.
For home-service work, the agreed price should hold for the agreed job. Added work can cost more; a customer being stuck shouldn’t be a reason to raise the price.
